I think the "purple lights" are actually just the infrared LEDs that send audio to the wireless headphones. The infrared is not visable to the human eye, but they show up on digital camera pictures. That is why we see purple lights.

Very nice work! Did mine before, but yours looks much better and more integrated.
Does your car have alarm system? If so, you're blocking the alarm interior motion sensor. Another thing is glaring from the rear. Time to tint![Smile](https://5series.net/forums/images/smilies/imported/smile.gif)
