I'm going to defiantly get 1 of these! please anyone pm if these will be on a GroupBuy
you can?t buy those fenders, the gill hole is handmade (the M5 fenders doesn?t fit on the E60 without M5 bumper)

Regards

Looks great. One question, is there a small lip around the grills? The actual M5 is flush with the grill hole. If you have the M5 Fenders (and not cut in DIY ones) your grills should be flush and no lip.

Other than that looks great.

the gills aren?t flush with the fenders, but it?s ok
the gills can?t be mount deeper in the hole because the chrome bars contact the fender (there is a rubber buffer)

Out of curiosity.......why are people making their car look like an M5 when it isn't (besides the obvious that the M5 is a beauty)? It seems that when people go to the expense of adding the M5 wheels, M5 mirrors, M5 bumper, quad exhaust, Side gills, M-tech kit (if necessary) etc etc etc, why don't they just buy the M5 (used or new)???? I personally think that the gills are going a little over the top. This is just my opinion and I don't mean to offend anyone.

Again looking like an M5 is nice, but without the engine, its still not an M5.

You want know why? Because they have money and because they can. And it isn't your paycheck either. My friend spend $40K modding his Porchse 911 (engine, exterior, interior, ect) which is $$45K used its total of $90K now and he is not stopping anytime soon, dont ask him why because he is gonna throw another 10 grand cash in your face. Get a life and let others have fun modding their car.

Don't know which part of this you didn't read or understand! Maybe your friend should've bought the 911 turbo, GT2 or GT3! To each their own

looks good, but I agree, the M5 badge seems wrong. Is it not possible to have an "M" badge, i.e. without the "5"??
