WOW!! I can't imagine ever trying something like that. It is so weird to see the interior so stripped. You're brave!!

how on earth do you buy used seats and bluetooth accessories for the bmw... is this from crashed cars ??

i do understand you though, in greece anything above 2.0litres (may have been even 1.9?) means so much taxes that its not worth buying... although i remember seeing a Ferrari f360CS in Salonika (Thessaloniki)

First, I'm very impressed with the skill of the retrofit.

Second, you are crazy to do such a big tear-down for marginal upgrades. If you really wanted them that bad you should have bought a different car.

After looking at those pics it now tells me that there are TWO THINGS in life that we should never see:

1) An E60 torn apart as extensive as this,...and 2) How they make sausage!

Good Luck. I admire your bravery and perseverance. I have comfort seats and they're fantastic! You too will enjoy the seats too!

Cheers,
CoolTones

Congrats on your great mods. Both may be firsts.
ledbettm did the comfort seat retrofit some months ago but he hasn't been around the forums too much lately...

I'm learning the 1-2 key memory function now. (i'm 1.90 m. height and my wife is 1.70, so key memory is very useful function for us)
They are fantastic for sure. When we played with their unbelievable functions and adjustmens, she told me that you can sleep on them very easy just with the close of the eyes.
