Thank you fellow members!

I'm surprised no one has mentioned the obvious similarities to a disputed Lumma interior.
And no critisism? I didn't get this warm acceptance on a Finnish forum!

Sorry, didn't realise you were looking for insults

It actually reminded me of something you would find in a modded Aston Martin or Bentley GT

Haha! No...
I was just wondering are people too kind around here .

That Aston Martin comment I take as a great compliment.

Thanks.

Actually the door sill wrapping idea came from my friend Milko, who did this with his car almost a year ago!
Here's his thread: https://5series.net/forums/topic/931...1#entry1100956

He called Eric a monkey... Someone's gonna get hurt....

OT: Absolutely great job, do you notice much difference in driving noise because of the insulated doors?

You must sure feel confident now that you literally know your car inside out.

The difference in road noise is dramatical!

CF wrap is called 3M Di-NOC, which can be found on many stores around the world. I bough mine from a Finnish www.automatrix.fi.
The brushed aluminium wrap is made by Foliatec, a German company, and I ordered it straight from them; www.foliatec.de
