Mudflaps on M-Sport kit

I am waiting delivery of my first e60, the dealer told me that the mudflaps would not fit on the M-Sport model due to the low ride height. I think he did not want to give me them in the deal ? I have checked this parts catalogue and it shows you can get them ???

Has anyone succesfully fitted mudflaps on a M-Sport, as i live in Scotland the roads are very dirty.

My Ride: 2011, X6 Hybrid . Alpine White , every option. 20" Conti' NON runflats,OEM trunk spoiler , LUX V3 AE's , HP Thunder Fogs , custom front bumper reflector delete........

I know they make them for the stock bumper, but I wasn't aware that you could get them for the MTech or M ??? Certainly have never seen them...........

I?ve had my dealer mount mudflaps on my M-tech when the car was new cause we also have bad roads like you Nick.
There is no problem with the hight. Not even if you lower the car.
Here what it looks like. . . on a E61.
