No you won't. You will have problem if you try to fit the m5 bumper into a non m5, but M-technic will fit just fine.

You should pm quad_M for a price/quote. Dealers in the OC will charge you a lot more than quad_m.

You're going to have a lot, I mean a lot of Mtech bumper problem after installation:
1. Need to add 166 or 167 wheel style
2. Need to add M5 mirror to match
3. Might lower your car with HR spring
4. On and on
OK, enough for J/K.
I'd recommend Mtech bumper for plug and play. Few members here install it by himself. I'd do mine, too
