I am having my Mtech kit painted Monday and wondering if I should have them paint the diffuser AW with the rest or black or leave unpainted?

I'm starting to like the contrast the more I see it on other cars. I think black would look nice.

just have it painted to match so you will always have it AW white if you want it, then vinyl it matte or gloss black and you can have the best of both worlds and can always go back AW if you want. Thats what Im doing....

My Ride: 2008 550i. Murdered. Carbon Black. Painted tail lights, M5 trunk spoiler. RS Technik 15mm spacers (rear). Black 172's.
+1 You could also have it wrapped in Carbon fiber and get grills to match. Member devildawg712 had his AW E60 with a black diffuser and it looked great (check his sig). But I agree that you should have it painted with the rest of the car and have it wrapped. Just in case you ever change your mind. Much easier process. Good luck

Well, im getting the best of both worlds. My kit has 2 diffusers, 1 with a hitch cover and 1 without. The paint shop is going to paint the hitch cover one matte black! Woohoo!
