mtech bumper how much lower is it compare to regular stock

I am thinking about getting mtech after very good pricing from Tischer BMW.
The question i have is.. how much lower is Mtech bumper compare to the regular stock bumper?
I go get car wash and it has this track and i need to know if it would scap the bottom or not

You should be fine... I've taken my car through a car wash that had a track, and I have a splitter mounted to the M tech kit... It was close but didn't scrape.
