I'd do the m-tech before the wheels. IMO its a much more drastic change to the car than the wheels, depending upon what type of wheels you go for. AND 20s are perfectly fine, I think they fit our cars perfectly.

get the 20"sI'd get 20's regaurdless, they look fine and don't sacrifice ride quality noticeably.
