I'd do the m-tech before the wheels. IMO its a much more drastic change to the car than the wheels, depending upon what type of wheels you go for. AND 20s are perfectly fine, I think they fit our cars perfectly.

I think I go with wheels first, more noticeable than the kit.

I'd get 20's regaurdless, they look fine and don't sacrifice ride quality noticeably.

If any significant change are to be noticed it would DEFINITELY be the the wheels first over the body...
