Hi,

Anyone know if BMW will be doing a cradle for the E60 to hold, charge & boost a Motorolla V3 phone ?

The bluetooth being on all the time is killing the battery life !

Cheers

That phone is too old, i doubt a cradle will be made if not one by now. The V3 has been in use for the past 3 years...might want to check out mobileburn.com for the latest and greatest toys.

There will never be a cradle for the RAZR.

This is based on the design of the power plug. The RAZR uses a USB style charger, which must be plugged in from the side. So it would be impossible to snap the RAZR into a cradle and have it charge.

Another telltale sign is that not Motorola does not make a desktop charger cradle for the RAZR.

And the RAZR has been out for almost a year now. I've had mine for nearly that long.

FYI--I was at Best Buy with my kids yesterday and they have the Razr (silver) for $99 w/ a 2 year contract.

...and I still love my V60. The best phone I've owned, after 15+ years of cellular phones. Excellent sound quality, nice and small. I got it when they were first released a few years ago and every time I consider a new phone, I remember what a great phone it is. Plus I have a crazy cheap calling plan (from years ago with Cellular One, then acquired by AT&T, now acquired by Cingular). I'm know the TDMA network days are numbered, but I'm going to keep it as long as I can.

I got my V3 at Best Buy last week for $99, but I only signed a one year contract! $99 is a good deal if anyone is looking to get this phone, they are 150 and up almost everywhere else.
