My Ride: 2008 bmw 535i black sapphire metallic w/ tan interior , sports package , premium package , parking sensor, shades,usb , HRE 20's, CKS C1's coilovers, rpi scoop, OEM M5 side mirrors,OEM Gloss black kidney grills, ACS roof spoiler, ACS Trunk spoiler, 15% madico tint all around.. NEXT UP: bodykit and quads ( installing soon) cobb

Still contemplating Cobb but would really like to see what Stage 1 gives you with just RPI Scoops and Race Gas. ie in HP to Wheels and TRQ to the wheels. I really think the Cobb is awesome from what I've read but can't seem to find what additional power increases are out there as you add modds.

What would an "aftermarket charge pipe diverter or BOV" or both give you additionally? And do you need to install an exhaust and Downpipes first before those additional mods? Maybe for the less mechanically inclined among us, somebody could lay out a hierarchy of mods to perform equating to additional HP/TRQ per mod on the 535's? That would be awesome.

I'm so appreciative of all the great information found here. You guys are the best!

I wouldn't worry about a different divertor valve or BOV until you prove the one you have is not functioning properly for you.
