Modding is fun, but if you're after faster, buy an M5 and if thats not fast enough, mod that

No CPO M5s. Having said that, there are M5s now available in the upper 60's, low 70's without a lot of mileage.

I'm just waiting for ECF to list his M5 for sale in the Classifieds .....SERIOUSLY!

But that aside, if you have the monetary means, I'd go for the M5 instead of spending all that money on mods for your 530i.

Went to BMW dealer today, but they said I can't TEST drive an M5 or M6 unless I buy it................

I dont know what the hell does that mean, why the hell do I have to TEST DRIVE if I already bought it? Anyways, tried out the new 550i automatic instead, the gear box is definitely alot better than pre-LCI ones.

However, I drove a friend's M6 before, I guess it'll feel pretty much the same.........
