As you know there are differences in between the countrys. And different laws. I am also sure he would like to know where ppl have their mods done when there is something interesting for him.
That's why he is asking for "UK only".
A Sirius install is a perfect example of something that is useless for him, because we don't have Sirius sat radio over here in Europe.
