Mobile GPS Navigation with MP3 & Sirius Sat Radio

Since I have an early model e60 530i I am not able to retrofit Sirius Sat Radio or Navigation. Does anyone know if any manufacturer makes a Mobile or Handheld GPS navigation system with built-in MP3 player and Sirius Satellite radio receiver?
Am I way off base in thinking this exists?
