thanks everyone (at least those who remember) for patiently waiting for me to update my car. i had the men at Vex Motorsports mount my wheels onto my car... enough talk, onto pics. Excuse the very high ride haha.

setup:

Tires: Nexen N3000
Rear: 265/3019
Front: 235/35/19

NOW TO SAVE FOR SOME COILOVERS!! (after i swoop my front from the folks at trinity)

After successfully getting them mountied, i've faced a few annoying problems.

1) when driving after being at a full stop, a message says "LIMIT" and it says that i've reached the highest speed?
2) when driving in general, a message shows that i have a FLAT TIRE.

how do i get rid of this?

Wheels look good.

But that car needs to be slammed ASAP.

Ahhh, the classic Hamann PG2 wheels

Regarding #2, did you reset your FTM or TPMS after the new wheels and tires were mounted?

My Ride: I have an 05 545i. It's a manual with a few options. This is my first BMW but I don't know how I'll ever be able to switch to something else.

Looks good, i might have to look into some of these for myself. I love Hamann style wheels.

As for your questions:

1. That's the speed limit notifier. You can set this to a determined speed via your iDrive. You can turn it off as well, that's what I do. I can't remember off hand where it is in the iDrive. I'll check in a few minutes and tell you.

2. Yup, you have to reset the TPMS. This is fairly easy, you have to go into the iDrive again and reset it (after you've checked that all your tires are aired up), then you need to drive around for a couple of minutes and it will reset. If you don't drive around it will just sit there saying it is trying to reset. I did this after I had a tire replaced and it took me a while to figure out that I need to drive around

if its too slammed, then its probably best for me to get springs instead of coilovers. getting springs will probably get me low enough. what you think? i also didnt wanna go low like the picture my cousin photoshopped... so maybe that will help determine whether to spend 300.00 for springs or spend 900.00+ for coilovers
