I haven't had to roll my E60's fender, but on my E46, I couldn't roll the fenders because the inner lip had some silicon insert in it. I actually had to shave the inner lips of the fenders. I'm talking about the rear fenders. I didn't have to roll the front fenders.

If your car is on H&R Sport Springs and it rubs in the front, something is not right. I can't really tell from your post if you're running spacers in the front wheels, and I also don't know the size of your tires. H&R Sport Springs lower the car quite conservatively. It shouldn't rub unless you're running the wrong spacer size or if your tires are of the wrong size.
