Mine did the same thing but it was rubbing the inner lining of the wheel well (top) and not the fender itself. I'm assuming yours are 20" like mine, I ended up having to get thinner tires.

I didn't need to use any spacers on my setup. I have the 20" staggered setup with sport suspension and it sits pretty flush. I originally went with Yokohama tires but they were rubbing really bad. Discount tire replaced them with Falken tires which didn't rub but I had to go with a thinner setup. In the end the only times I will ever rub is if someone is sitting in the back and I hit a bump while driving. The spot that it rubs is the top of the wheel well, not the actual fender.

I am having the same problem. rubs in the front when i hit a bump and rubs in the back when there is passengers. or again mild bump. i tried to get it rolled at this sport shop but the guy said there is nothing to roll. he also said "having over 15mm spacers is not safe." i really didnt want to argue with the guy. i know the H&R spacers are just fine. thinking about changing the 15mm back to 10mm and the 10mm back to 5mm.
please guys tell me i can roll the finders. i feel it myself and its not like some other cars. the inner lip is going right up. so is there anything to roll on the E60. really not feeling anything they can bend.. i also have H&R sport springs.
please advise.
