I was just thinking to my self, I know this may sound stupid and I apologize if It is lol but my M-ASK idrive display is starting to die out with dead pixels and I found a pretty cheap cic display for sale. Is there any possibility the cic display will work with my m-ask system with out having to change anything else?

 

No, The connection on the back is not the same. You'll either need to find another MASK unit, or buy the cic conversion.
