So I have been looking at wheels for the last several months or so. I've finally got it narrowed down between 2 brands (Avant Garde M310 or Forgestar F14 both in 19's).....BUT my biggest issue is I can not for the life of me decide if I want them in matte black or gunmetal
I love the look of black on black, but just not sure if I'm that bold or not.
Anyway, I'm hoping you guys can help me make a decision
The car is a Sapphire Black 550 Sport. It has tinted windows and matte black grilles.
Thanks guys

Here's a thought...
If you went with the matte black, you could always freshen the look with a time attack stripes for example, if you felt like it. With a gunmetal you would be "stuck" with the gunmetal look, without a choice later on when you get used to the look. By this I don't mean the gunmetal would look bad, oh no. People may think the matte black has been seen already and therefore they vote for gunmetal, maybe...
Well, just a though
. Either or, it will look great!

ps. I voted matte black, but I'm biased haha!

Gunmetal.....too much black if everything is black...
i say you get the f14 with a lip in anthracite with polished lip or f10 in piano black with polished lip. have yet to see a e60 with f10's. once i get the ends to come up on some new wheels, I'll probably pick up f10's with step lip and color choice would be the question for me as well.

My Ride: 2008 550i. Murdered. Carbon Black. Painted tail lights, M5 trunk spoiler. RS Technik 15mm spacers (rear). Black 172's.
I have black wheels on a Carbon Black 550. I get compliments all the time. They are a b$*%& to keep clean though.
With the gunmetal or matte black the brake dust should be a non-issue most of the time. I say go with the black. But I am biased also.
