I'm going to upgrade to 19's or 20's next week and have been offered $700 for my OEM wheels and tires (Size is: 18x 8.0 front, 18 x 9.0 rear Star Spoke (Styling 124) cast alloy wheels, 245/40R-18 front, 275/35R-18 rear performance Bridgestone run-flat tires).
What do you think?
Should I just keep them in case I get a flat?

That's exactly the price I sold mine for, they had about 5K miles on them and one had a slight curb rash. If I had the space to store them, I would have kept them. I probably could have gotten more, but I just wanted to let them go.
Trading them in won't get you anywhere near market value, but you can probably find someone who can give you a better offer if you sell them, like say around $1000 or more if you are patient. It all depends if you want the $700 credit (less out of your pocket now), then go ahead and trade them in. In the meantime just keep 'em in your garage, you might need them later on. Advertise on Ebay or Recycler.
I am in the process of selling a set of AMG wheels from my wife's Benz and have gotten several offers. But I want at least $1500 for them. I've gotten offers between $800 to $1200, but I am holding out
