hey guys ill be getting my magnaflow muffler installed this weekend and wanted to see how much i should expect to pay for the install. also do you guys think i should remove the rear resonator or leave it. i want good exhaust sound but nothing too loud.

I paid $100 but I gave the guy $40 since he did it right away and in under an hour.

i paid $50 to get my RPI put on. maybe it was my charm, but they did it right away, they even had to cut my oem a few times to get it right

I would if I was you due to the fact that the exhaust you want sounds good in the first place and you never want anything to loud.

I left mine on but once I go quads, it's coming off.

They shouldn't charge you more than $50 to put the muffler on. As for the resonator removal...it depends on you. If you want it louder then remove it, but if you want it some what quiet I would leave it on.

I don't have a resonator once I went quads. I miss the quietness of the OEM exhaust.

what if i were to remove just one resonator (v8's have two right?), will that make it just a tad louder but not too loud as if both were removed? kinda like a happy medium between the two. not too loud, not too soft but juuuuust right. lol

op, can't wait for those pics and sound clip once done.
