Magnaflow muffler on 545i
Anyone have any experience with the Magnaflow14816 muffer? How would it sound on my 545i? It sounds pretty good on other V8 cars.

Got the 10425's and they sound Great. When you start the car it growls and under acceleration it will turn heads.

Just add Resonators on each tail pipes. It will mellow down the tone. Just did mine, without the resonators, it sounded awesome above 3K RPM when accelerating. But drone at 2k-2.5k, at cruising speed. I have the shop added 2 bottles resonators. My exhaust is tamed now but still growling and the drone is like almost gone. Missed the beastly sound w/o the resonators, but have to do it for the kids.

thanks for the feedback, although i'm still unsure if i want to go through with the magnaflow muffler.
I'm honestly thinking about just doing a muffler delete and seeing how that sounds. If its too loud i could try and get the stock mufflers re-installed, although i'm not sure how that would work with the exhaust flap wiring that leads into the trunk..
