Magnaflow Exhaust + Ram Air Kit

Hi guys,
So im thinking of maybe getting a magnaflow exhaust and a ram air kit..How would that affect the performance of my car? Sound?
I'm not really ready to spend lots of money on a full exhaust..i know some ppl said they lost power with magnaflow but its not a big issue with me.

My Ride: 2004 jet black 530I, M-tech body kit, ac shnitzer roof and trunk spoiler. kelleners sport exhaust and pully kit on its way from germany.
On a 530I I say get what you like. You will never make that car comparable to a 545/550 even with a supercharger.

V - I dont think he cares about performance. IMHO, I would rather spend my money on RPI even tho I have a 530 as well. I'd rather gain a few HP than lose any.
