The shop installed my Supersprint and specialized in Megnaflow . But it is in Livingston, which is about 30 minutes from NYC.

No, that's the price pretty much for most, unless you want specific work done (resonators removed, X-pipe, etc.). I tipped the guys that did the work an extra $10 too.
They sure do. Anthony517 did my exhaust first and had American install it. He then went quad and had an x-pipe added with resonators removed. American did all the work on that as well.
