Not sure about the rear, but I heard the fronts will rub on the struts.

Wait....... hold on.

I have a 2004 E60 . 530i to be exact.

I just ordered 19's, m166 style OEM staggered, M6 28MM extenders for the rear. Tire sizes I purchased are as follows:

245/35/19 front
275/30/19 rear.

Am I going to be ok? Or will all this rub?

That tyre size is fine. I have that on my ride and had it formally tested and approved by TUV (the German car testing authority).

So what is the OP talking about then? M5 tire is 245 in front and like 275 / 285 or so in the rear, correct?

yes, 285 in rear. Recc'd size for non M5 e60 with 166's are 275 for rear to avoid rubbing, especially if you are going put some spacers on. If the 166's have the M6 offset (ET17, for sure 275 is the way to go without rubbing)

The fronts will definitely rub. I remember 2 years ago when a few members tried this and learned the hard way.
