Hi guys,
I've been thinking about doing the M5 conversion on my 06 550 for quite a while now; however, I haven't had much luck with finding the right parts. I have been searching for M5 rear bumpers that'll fit a e60 non-m car, and so far, I have only seen Jlevi with them. I know several other members in this forums have done the conversion, and I am wondering if anyone can let me know what you guys did with the rear? I have spoken to some peeps at my body shop, and they pretty much told me it is not possible to get a M5 rear and fit it on my 550 since m5 has a wider track... Is this true? If so, how did you guys manage to fit a M5 style rear bumper on? PLEASE HELP ME OUT!!! Thanks for all the help in advance.

Have a good one all

the m5 "rear " bumper does fit the non m5 ... the " front " m5 bumper doesnt fit w/o the fenders ...( the m5 fenders is wider ).. it could if you do some mod !! but even if you do get it to fit with ur stock oem fenders !!! there's a little gap ... so if you're looking into the ///m5 conversion the best thing is to go with the m-tech kit ! thats if you like it ! well as for me i'm doin the ///M5 conversoin !!! remember " the ///M5 kit looks a little different frm the m-tech kit " thats if you can tell ... if you have any other ??s LMK... I'm startin on my conversion soon .. just waitting on my fenders to come in .....

We actually offer the full kit but the front bumper is the mtech style portion to fit the smaller width non-M E60s. The rear is a direct bolt on.

It fit quite well.
If you want to make a magnificent job, you should use filler to make the 'curve' perfect .

Exactly 99% fitment of m5 bumper on non m5 cars. Just make you get the OEM and not a replica. The 1% is that you have to change out your exhaust system. See the official exhaust thread for some ideas.

It looks very good!
But I'm sure the 99.99% of people couldn't distinguish an Mtech from an M5 .

Hi Nick, can you PM a quote for just the rear M5 bumper, non-PDC? It's going on a 2004 545i. Thanks
