Hello gents. New guy here, looking to gain some knowledge about the E60 before I buy one.

I'm looking at getting a 545i and was wondering if the M5 rear bumper will fit. I know the M5 front would require having the M5 fenders so I'm planning on just getting the m-tech front bumper but I like the M5 rear more than the m-tech. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Also the search doesn't seem to work, am I missing something?

Ya the M5 rear fits on the regular E60s. Many have bought it and got Quad Exhausts. Looks Awesome!

+1 for the fit, IMO if you get the M5 rear bumper, you gotta have a quad set-up to complete the look

Yes, get the M5 rear. It will fit. And make sure you get two pieces. Plastic pieces in the center. It'll help hold the bumper more steady too.

Good luck.

Great. My plan is M-tech front with M5 rear and quad exhaust. Owning a 00' M5, I just have to have dual exhaust on the 545 just for the aesthetics, makes it look so balanced

Would you mind giving me more info on your exhaust setup. Your car looks absolutely amazing!

Its Two Magnaflow mufflers, with custom tips. The muffler on the right of my car (passenger side), is a smaller (cylndrical muffler. ITs to fit between the battery and the spare tire. A lot of people have done this method.

From your screenname, you are from cali I assume? There's this placed called AAA Exhaust shop. I'm sure a lot of west coast members can say they do great work.

Good luck.

Why not M5 front too?
Price is the same but looks better.

I would have to purchase M5 fenders to make it like oem fitment and personally I think the M-tech front looks better.
