I am going to be ordering M5 mirrors for my 2008 535 and I just want to make sure I am cool with the part numbers that I am ordering.

I would like these to be plug and play with my car if possible.

Following are the part numbers for the mirrors from the 2008 LCI M5. The #'s are from the frames, I did not include the glass part #'s since those do not matter.

51168046363
51168046364

Am I cool with these to be plug and play to give me all my folding and tilting functions, or do I need a different part #? If not, are there any that are plug and play without making wiring modifications?

To all the M5 mirror gurus out there...please help!

Thanks a ton.

Are you ordering it from the dealer?

Here you go - this is a printout of all the m5 mirrors you can get for the LCI in ETK...

I guess my main questions is if these mirrors are plug and play with my 2008 535.

I have read so much about older versions vs/ newer version. Modifying cables vs. plug and play.

I am confused and I just want to make sure I order right. Thanks.

Yes they are plug and play. The numbers i printed out are for LCI mirrors. You do not have to cut any wires, as i mentioned in my DIY. Sorry that i ignored your question in your earlier posting...

Are you able to buy the mirrors painted?
eBay seller RoverActive sells painted mirrors:
