If you followed my diy http://forums.e60.net/index.php?show...54860&hl=rsyed, the "expert" would have known that one needs to disconnect the batteries 
As a non-expert, I needed 3 hours and this included an hour taking teh mirrors apart to migrate the ECUs...

Just installed the M5 mirrors. The guy who did this for me was aprox. 4 hours working. It was a hell of job he said. But i'm glad.
Everything is working. One litte problem. The airbag signal popped up, so i have to reset the computer.

No, its not an LCI, it's an 2005 model. Indeed everything is working properly
darn, i can not get full confirmation from an LCI owner that has done the M5 mirror retrofit! this is all i'm waiting on to pull the trigger on this MOD!

I think i'm going to sue him, cause now i have to go to the dealer (for the computer reset) en he will charge me 70-100 euro
