I do not think that anybody wud care that it is a BMW M-mirror for E60 but not an ORIGINAL M5 mirror as long as nobody finds visual differences or drawbacks.
The question is if you have any other sources of information regarding availability,priciing, differences,compatability.. besides this brochure....

When they have the answer they will make it all clear, if it is only option for M package-it is like written in the cat.- but i do not think it matters, sorry have no scanner but try next week to post it here.

[/quote]That's interesting. From that I understand that they can adopt them, like you said. I have asked my dealer; still waiting for a response though. Only thing they mentioned was they called BMW HQ in Belgium (Bornem) and they just told them to try it... I hope they just talked to the wrong person

Most probably they cud be in preparation but that cud last nobody knows how long... like with the front view camera which has been in the accessories brochure for almost two years and still not available.

Most probably they cud be in preparation but that cud last nobody knows how long... like with the front view camera which has been in the accessories brochure for almost two years and still not available.
