I was just wondering if 4 (front) M5 Radial Spoke Type 166 rims fit on a E61. (front rims are 255/40 ZR 19)

No in Delft. Normally it will look too aggressive and bling bling but in this case it looked very classy.. Not bad, Not bad.

I think in a short time they will be available for the E60/E61 aftermarket. But you have to wonder if that is the way you want to go with your wheels.

If you could sell me a M5 Touring I was your first customer !

If I would consider buying either the Type 135 http://zoouz.free.fr/Wheels/TMP_whee...wheel_135.jpg)

or the M5 166
http://zoouz.free.fr/Wheels/TMP_wheel/bmw_wheel_166.jpg

I wouldn't hesitate for a second.... the 166 spoke design is for me the choice and last but not least even better to clean than the135's open spoke design

BMW Netherlands just informed me that M5 rims will be sold to M5 owners only.

(some tech problems can be expected too)

:'( :'( :'(
They will be available aftermarket. Downside is that you'll never know how the quality is. Bummer! OEM would have been better.

THANKS TO YOU THE BEST FORUM ON EARTH!!!

I have a problem that later want Hamann wheels, wow they are no cheap at all, so now either I have to go for the free stock ones, then everybody will laugth here at us.-( but I do not trust these aftermarkets.
If I have a brand it is ok like TSW and Toora but these replicas, ahh yess there is a brand too REPLICA they are from Italy and they produce quality rims but ... who knows.
Still dream about this...
