not cool with the "GFY"

no where in your original post did you state your plans after you get the M5 fenders. Dbae was merely pointing out that M5 fenders will cause a stock non M5 bumper not to sit flush. And FYI, there is no such thing as an "M5tech bumper". It's either an Mtech or M5 bumper. M tech and M5 side skirts are the same. And I would hope you know the difference between an Mtech and M5 rear bumper Seems like dbae was trying to warn or save you the headache of this mod as m5 fenders will not sit flush with a stock or m tech bumper without some modification, even then it's not a "perfect" fit.

the condescending and smart ass remarks are uncalled for and unappreciated....

Once again our "unofficial mod" is dead on. Except there is an M5Tech kit, it's what Umnitza calls their kit - definitely not OEM and not going to fit around REAL M5 fenders, sorry.

I understand. M5Tech kit whatever umnitza wants to call it, is what I am going by (M-Tech front bumper, M5 rear bumper) The shop will do what it has to make it fit correctly. The shop where I get all my work done I have a close relationship with them and they have done many.

Then I wish you luck and pics are appreciated. Just try to keep it civil with the more established and well respected members ( I mean Gene and Dbae, not me of course)

did you ever consider cutting your stock fender and put in $80 M5 grills to give it the same look as an M5 fenders....thats probably what your buddy at the shop did with his car.

So what you are saying is it's perfectly fine to tell someone who is trying to help the other to 'go fuck yourself', simply because they are from new york? and what does being from new york have anything to do with the downfall of this forum?

I'm joking dude, take it easy.

If you've ever been to NY you would know, people are pretty rude overthere, that's the stereotype but it's not far from the truth...
