Ok, this guy has done huge job in swapping his 525 to full M5 kit. except for the front bumper.. I hope nobody had raced him

Reminds me of a E39 523i belonging to a neighbour of our Bangkok home. It has full M5 kit, but one peek into the interior tells all (comfort seats + steptronic).

You can spot it as a non-M5 right away:
1. No trunk finisher
2. Brake rotor
3. Not a chrome grill - indicates MY04/05 530/525i
4. No shawdow line
5. M-tek front bumper
6. Exhaust pipes stick out too much

I totaly agree whith you but he has the M5 front but how did he put the fog lights

Haha... Wowe got you on the M5 front bumper, my530i. Actually, I thought it was a M-Tech front as well until wowe pointed it out.

I think it's probably not that hard to retrofit the fog lights into the M5 bumper in the hands of a capable body shop.

One other thing, some real M5s do have chrome trim. I've seen it over in the M5 subforum.
