My Ride: E60 545 sport package , cold weather, pdc , logic7 , navi , comfort seats
Cool

First of all , hello to everbody , and today I came here for you guys to judge which would be best decision to make if you are in between the m-teck body kit and the rims 172.

I found out a great deal on the rims selling price less than $1800 , mint condition , and there's more it comes with tires , only used for about 2 months , which I believe still in great condition.

As for the body kit I have done my research , yes it cost the average $2000 and plus , which it is what I always wanted , but I have only $2000 and some to spend on my car.

But, there's a thing , I will have to replace my 545 summer tires anyday soon , plus I have a crack on one of my rims , which I was thinking a new replacement for the damage one, so calculating the 4 new tires plus a new rim , I would say it will cost around what , maybe $1200 , so right now Im more inclinated to wheel package which it will come more handy for me. So guys what do you think about it????

I would get the Kit first, but in your case get the wheels as it is more important. Right now Im running on 18" style 123 stockers with my body kit and it still looks clean.

unless there is a great price for one or the another with a time constraint on it...which it sounds like there might be with the wheels....

Given your situation, I would get the wheels first. This would provide you with newer tires and replacing that crack rim of yours.

If I have an option, I would definitely go for the M-tech kit, but in your case, you will need to replace your tires and wheels soon, I would go with the 172s instead. BTW, I think $1800 for the 172s is fair, but not "great" deal.

Good luck.
