Welcome, James! I believe you are the technican who helped some members (khooger and coolguy) of the forum with their m-tech kit installation before. What other service do you offer besides this? Thanks.
James -
My E60 is out of warranty, so I can defiinitely use your service in the future.
BTW - Have you done any headlight conversions for E60 from oem halogen to oem xenon (pre-LCI)? Just curious
Thanks,
David

Welcome to the forum.
Do you ever come down to Miami?? lol...I am debating trying to diy this but for those prices I'd rather leave it to a pro.
I read somewhere that the 2008's were more complicated to install the front bumper...is that true? If yes, why?
Thanks!!

david - i have not done oem halogen to xenon headlight swap before, im sure it wont be a problem if using oem parts. only downside is that the dealer with have to retrofit the car for the xenon headlights to work, they will need to program the vehicle using the SSS and the latest verison of PROGMAN. same deal goes with the LED taillamp swap as well. if we were talking pre-E60/E65/E90 like the E46/E39/E38/E53...etc than its a direct swap. the damn onboard computers are too smart now....oh well
my535i - sorry but i wont be going to Miami anytime soon. as far i as know the bumper should be about the same difficulty on the E60 pre & post LCI. the removal maybe a little different like location of a certain screw but it should be the same. also if you contact your local dealer they can most likely print you out a copy of the removal and install procedure for your exact model. or try google, it hasnt failed me yet.
stylezzza - depends on how far you are from area code 07701. id like to stay within 50 miles like 1 hour away. also i would need a place to work, like driveway, personal garage or like a apartment building gated garage. if you choose to come to me than even better. i live like 10 mins from a mall with movies and about 1 mile away from a small little town with lots of shops, places to eat and plenty of stuff to do while i service your vehicle.
roy - hello and how are you? yep i learn on your car and i think it went pretty well. thank you for the welcome and if you have your car when its out of service please give me a call and id be more the willing to help you out.
to everyone else. thank you for reading...please keep the posts, PMs and emails coming. im going on vacation tonight until about sunday. if you need anything done on your E60 or BMW or anything. i can help you. remember if it has four wheels and can be driven, i can mod it or fix

I live in Perkasie, PA, 80 miles away. If I pay for your time, would that be too far? I need a front and rear bumper with side skirts installed in the next month. Can you hard wire a V1 for me also?

stylezzza - sorry but the prices are the same. ur still saving like $450 by not going to a dealer. and u wont be without a car for a couple of days, just a couple of hours.
sy1616 - 80 miles is a little out there. $400 total for complete kit(frt=$150, sides=$125 & rear=$125). for the V1 hardwired. as long as ur car is PRE-LCI i will cost $150 for install, that includes installing remote display in ashtray in center console. send me a PM and we can work something out.
