M-tech retrofit for E61... WTF

Isnt ordering something as an "accessory" or going to a bmw parts department or body shop much like the same thing? After speaking to many dealers about a price for my car (although I always shop from just one, but not anymore....long story) when mentioning accessories, they always say you can order them afterwards on your own.

well it is and it isnt, ....the truth is that the M-sport pack is much more than just the body kit, its different interior options, different colors, different wheels, different suspension and so on, its just very annoying and completely unjustified for BMW NA to limit our options so much, and now to sort of offer it on a stationwagon is just crazy when it isnt officially offered on the sedan

... its just BS, plain and simple...

Perhaps they have to wait for the M5 to arrive to states before they let the E60 model to have the m-kit option.
