the part that misses here is the diffuser

My Ride: 2005 530i Individual, DVD Package, HUD, Bluetooth, Comfort Seats, SR, etc
so that will be
1. with difuser for dual exhaust no tow hitch opening
2. with diffuser for dual exhaust with tow hitch
3. with diffuser for quad exhaust no tow hitch opening
4. with diffuser for quad exhaust with tow hitch?
so four different combination of M rear bumpers?

so i presume a third party provides a quad diffuser for the M tech rear bumper?
