Hello enthusiasts

I've been shopping around for M-Tech kit upgrade and got couple options so far. Either to get OEM kit painted and installed for 2350$ or to get replica painted and installed for 1650$.
I am not sure how close is the quality on replica so I need your advice whether I save 700$ or go with oem kit of course it would be great to save some $$$
I wanna do this at the and of this month, along with this wanna get RPI GT exhaust wohoo

Please advise

You might be able to save even more by contacting Nerweezy (member name) from Trinity Autosport, they have the M-Tech rep kits - like the one on my car and they sell RPI exhaust. They can even arrange to have the kit shipped painted if you want it.

OEM is of course terrific but pricey. Trinity sells rep kits that lots of members have on their rides and like. If you don't want to slurge for OEM, Trinity is a great place to contact. If you want OEM, Garry Romani of BMW of Newport, Rhode Island offers a 25 percent discount.

Both Umnitza and Trinity carry the replica kit. I bought mine from Umnitza simply because at the time they were the only vendor offer special package with the kit and the splitters, it was $99 for the splitter. Not sure if they still do offer special pricing, but I believe they're the only vendor carry the HM style splitters for a very reasonable price.
Regarding fitment, I believe the side skirt is a little shorter since I haven't install my kit yet, I try to measure the length side by side, but can't tell. Anyone can confirm this?

This is the splitter that they offer, great fitment with their bumper

How close is the quality on replicas? I just don't wanna get a cheap look on my car but if there is a decent quality alternative why not!

As I said, I got mine from Trinity and the fitment is perfect. My sides skirts are flush and my front bumper has better gaps IMHO than the OEM bumper it replaced.
Trinity will have a splitter as well soon

Anyone installed the kit (either Umnitza or Trinity) and have fitment issue, would like to share?
I also believe they came from the same factory/manufacture in China.
Like I said, I haven't put on the kit yet, but I did read some members having fitment issue. Just think that's something you should know before jumping onto either one of them.
