Does anyone out there with an M tech kit have a problem with the fog lights being very dim? Mine might as well be off - they do nothing what so ever at night (I actually got out of the car to check the 1st night I drove it because I though they were off).
The problem existed from the day the kit was installed - but I was too busy to take it back. I just had my 15k check - and the service advisor said the technician said they worked fine... which leads me to believe he saw they came on and didn't check beyond that. However - to give them the benefit of the doubt - are the M tech fog lights notoriously dim?

I thought the stock fog lights were a little dim when I first got the car. I changed mine to 3000K ones and it made a huge difference. The HOEN bulbs are nice and bright too!

Thanks for the input guys. I took WestCoast550, ProvidenceLeaf, Wiu-Bimmer's advice and ordered the Hoen bulbs - hopefully I'll have visible fog lights again. I think i would have felt better if the service tech had at least checked the wiring/power rather than just saying that they "worked fine"...... Thanks again guys!!!!
