Hi Guys
Anyone out there has the M Aero Kit plus a dual (quad) out exhaust installed. Wonder if it was difficult/easy to cut the extra hole to accomodate the extra exhaust output? I just had the M-Kit installed, thinking of adding new exhaust next. Considering dual (quad) but worried if the cutting of an extra hole would ruin the nice overall finish of the rear apron.

Have you had a look at the Eisenmann site? They have a quad system for E60. I don't know if anyone with the M Sports Kit has had this quad system fitted yet...
I must say that I was contemplating it for a while.... but decided to stick with the Milltek system that hopefully will get done the next time I get back to the UK. They're probably going to use my car as the 'mule'...

If you cut the rear apron on the m-kit, it will not be symmetrical unless you build a lip with some bondo or glasswork or something.
The exhaust on the left side has a lip which is not on the other side.
Making them match could be difficult.

Maybe I'll opt for just a replacement silencer from either ACS or Hartge. Any comments on either?Hobi, you are very knowledgeable on BMW mechanics, do u know if just by replacing stock silencer with one of the above would give a boost in performance?

Did not try yet but G-Power said it is no problem for them to cut anything- I mean of course with care and precisly, for the moment I belive Deutsche Prezisit?t...
Saw a nice one from RD also.
Of course M Gmbh does not want to commit the same mistakes, as many e46 s has side grills etc as every mod was available. There are so many nice tuning shops in Germany and other parts of Europe...
