I think you can get the bottom piece with both cut outs that goes to the new m5.

The M5's rear bumper is completely different from the M-Sport/M-Kit bumper. The M5 bumper does not have the same bottom section that the M-Sport/M-Kit bumper does. There is no big separate piece on the M5's bumper so the entire bumper would have to be purchased. I am not sure whether the M5 bumper would work on a regular E60 or not. The part numbers for the rear fenders of the M5 and other E60's are the same, so I think the M5 bumper would fit a regular E60, but I am not positive.

[/quote]The M5 bumpers do not fit onto normal E60 as the fenders are wider. Moreover you can not take only the lower part and fit onto M-tech as it is a single piece.
