What happens to the red euro reflectors with the new rear facia treatment with the M aero kit. I am ordering the kit with my 550 but don't know if I need red reflectors or not. Do they go away with the kit or do the stupid black filler pieces stay?

The M Aero Kit rear bumper does not have reflectors (or a place for them) at all.

Does the M Aero Kit allow you to have a dual exhaust? It doesn't appear there's a cutout for the right side, at least from this pic.

No, but I think you can replace the exhaust piece of the apron with the dual cut out. In other words I think the rear m aero kit apron is in two pieces, im not 100% sure.

The bottom section is a separate piece, however, there in no dual hole version for a dual exhaust. There are two versions of the bottom piece, one with a tow hitch opening (w/cover), and one without. Those of us that actually bought the retrofit kit actually got both of those pieces included with the kit. I just used the one without the tow hitch cutout since I don't have a tow hitch.

You or your body shop can always cut a second hole in the bottom piece to allow a quad exhaust to be installed. However, the surrounding area of the M lower bumper's exhaust cutout is not a flat surface like the original bumper, so you can't get away with just simply cutting the opeining, there would have to be some sculpting and build up (Bondo?) to get it to match the other one.

There are no reflectors on the kit. You lose them altogether.
