Get ready for a really harsh ride in the H&R's. If you get the Race, your ass will be even more sore. Hahahaha! I wouldn't suggest H&R for NYC streets. Get the Eibach Pro-Kit. That's what I have in my M5, aside from the Dinan Stage 2 Suspension package. I love the Eibach Kit. It's not as harsh as my old H&R kit.

As for the Eibach Pro-Kit, the ride is just slightly stiffer than the OEM sports suspension. IMO - perfect ride for city and highway.
But, again the drop was only a 1/2inch or so.

i am looking for spring to drop, but you are right, i live in NYC, dont want the ride to be too stiff

For XI model you can only go w/ H&R Sport Spring or go all the way w/ expensive KW v3 coilovers.
