Anyone have some insights on these lowering springs? They're pretty cheap.

Also does anyone have any pictures of lowered 545i's (sport Suspension) with 20 inch wheels?

I've never seen nor had any experience with Intrax springs (or suspension setups) on any BMW.

I know Intrax makes quality products generally -- they are very popular with the Audi crowd. Intrax is known for its slammed look.

If you are going to put these Intrax springs on, you'll need to upgrade your shocks as well ... maybe Konigs? If you stick with the OEM shocks, they'll blow on you after approx. 5k miles most likely.

Haven't got a 545 but the big thing with springs is the ride quality and for that Eibach is hard to beat as for price Eibach in the UK are about the same price I used them and there is no noticable difference in the ride quality

intrax is a cheap brand. I used to work in a tuner shop and we sold them mostly to rice rocket drivers. I would not recommend them for your e60, Eibach is your best option. You spent as much as you did for the car, dont go with a cheap product that will effect your ride. good luck

I totally agree with denny545, don't go cheap with the car. Go with the Eibachs or even better would be H&R Coilovers . Just my honest opinion.

Go for either Eibach or H&R springs.. Those INTRAX springs are not really cheap, they are about the same price as Eibach & H&R..

Agreed. Intrax is meant for a CRX not a 545 let alone a car with climate control. Save an extra 40$ and buy some H&R Springs
