lowering my ride need some advice

My Ride: 2008 550I LOADED, all options except HUD and NV
DEPENDING UPON THE AMOUNT YOU WANT TO SPEND:
A) HEIGTH ONLY ~ Ksports, FK, Koni, Bilstein (around $1000)
OR
HEIGTH AND DAMPENING/Rebound CONTROL ~ H&R, KW's, Bilstein, etc ($1200-$3000) approx....
I currently have FK highsports and they are great (heigth only). EVERYONE loves KW's if you can afford them, H&R have mixed reviews, Bilsteins have a good set up as well (PSS9 or PSS 10's). If you can afford the additional $500 or so, GO FOR THE DAMPENING CONTROL sets, it makes a world of difference!

That is not accurate. I have KSport coilovers and they are height adjustable 2 ways - by raising/lowering the spring which changes spring rate or by raising and lowering the shock body (preferred). Also, the dampening is 36 way adjustable, so to say they are "HEIGHT only" as you stated is either incorrect or a fabrication.
