lowering the car

I have a 2004 525 and am thinking of lowering it but am worried the tires will rub, I have 20'' Defy sliver rims with yokohama tires 245/35/20 in the front and 275/30/20 in the back when i hace poeple in the bacl seat they rub a little. will the drop make the car stiffer or will its till rub???? any advise would be greatly appreciated.

I have a 545i and it RUBS even after cutting the fenders down. If you rub right now then I suggest you DON'T lower it.
You should not rub with correct offset and a 1.2" drop with that tire combo.
