lowering the car

I have a 2004 525 and am thinking of lowering it but am worried the tires will rub, I have 20'' Defy sliver rims with yokohama tires 245/35/20 in the front and 275/30/20 in the back when i hace poeple in the bacl seat they rub a little. will the drop make the car stiffer or will its till rub???? any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Can you still get those HID Headlights? And are you coming to the meet on Saturday?

you probably wont rub as long as you dont date fat chicks

I have a 545i and it RUBS even after cutting the fenders down. If you rub right now then I suggest you DON'T lower it.

Then your offset is incorrect.

You should not rub with correct offset and a 1.2" drop with that tire combo.

Nitto tires maybe? I know that if I got Falkens or whatever else I wouldn't because the curvature is different...Nitto is more squared.

But you are correct with offset...if you get the proper offset you should be fine.

had 4 people in the back sitting on coilovers (1 finger in) and I dont rub. I have Falken 452 245/30/20 in the front and 285/25/20 rear (i think thats the tires sizes)
