I've been researching coilovers for the m3, so not sure if this applies to the e60, but H&R along with PSS9s don't improve handling much over stock (e46 m3).? If you're considering coilovers, I'd get a ground control kit, with spring rates customized to your needs.? For the price, they're hard to beat.
