Low volume from Ipod on Aux Input
I recently had the aux input installed and I have noticed that the volume of the stereo when running through aux input is very low. I have the ipod turned up to full volume and the stereo turned up to full volume, but the sound is only about half as loud as when the stereo is playing a CD or radio.
Has anyone else experienced then same problems.
Cheers
Gavin

Interesting!
My ipod was not very loud either, so i bought the belking autokit charger with built in pre-amp that connects to your doc connector. Advantage: only 1 cable and much improved sound quality at normal levels.
This device uses the line out of you doc connector which has a normal line out instead of using the earphone amplifier on top of your ipod.
To keep things tidy i advise you to get an extra power outlet in you glove box.
