Thanks for sharing. They didn't add many pics on DDM, but I assume it is similar to this ACS rep:

Have you seen pics of the one your friend got?

3M tape is a good starting point. When I mounted my spoiler I used 3M tape plus an adhesive from Autozone called Goop, simply because after reading about it vs silicone, Goop didn't mar paint and was easily removed with Acetone (nail polish remover). Worked like a charm, my spoiler is still firmly affixed and I would just need fishing line or dental floss to remove it, then a clean up with nail polish remover (and if you have a female in your life you have some polish remover around)

I just got mine from eBay. Its the boot style. Came colormatched to my car for $92 shipped.

Looks great and molds to the lines of the trunk really well!

you need tips on installing a wing? uh.... just put the thing on!!

Theres really nothing to it. Clean off the location where its going to be put on the body and use the provided 3M tape to secure it to the trunk. 3M was already pre-cut and placed on the spoiler on mine.

Here are a couple of shots of mine. I just got it today. Took about 10min to put on. Took longer to remove it from the packaging.

I'd be weary of relying solely on 3M tape, I have heard way too many horror stories of spoilers flying off on the freeway. If I had to do it again I'd do the same steps:
1) Test fit and mark with blue painters tape where you want it to sit
2) Prep surface by using a cleaner to remove any wax where the spoiler will be applied
3) Apply a good bead of Goop between where the 3M tape is and anywhere the 3M tape isn't
4) Remove the paper backing of the 3M tape
5) Apply spoiler to desired location
6) Use blue painter's tape to hold the spoiler in place until the adhesive of both the tape and the Goop sets up (at least 12 hrs)
7) Cover spoiler with towel then place a weight on the spoiler so it sits as flush as possible
8) The next day remove the weight, towel, and tape and enjoy
